The product is based on ARM Ltd. license for 32-bit АRМ Cortex-МЗ microprocessor core. The microcontroller has a wide choice of peripherals.

The microcontroller core has a advanced architecture, a wide command set and a powerful interrupt controller. The microcontroller has a long list of useful peripheral blocks. JTAG interface makes possible in-system debugging and programming.
