MDR8E5

MDR8E5 is a high-performance 8-bit RISC microcontroller for automotive and industrial automation systems built on CAN bus.

Microcontroller has a wide set of interfaces. CAN interface controller with 6 communication buffers and data rate of up to 1 Mbit/s, USART interface controller unit has LIN interface support, 8-channel 10-bit ADC converter, timer units with PWM and Capture, internal non-volatile ЕЕPRОМ data memory. In-circuit debugging unit is implemented in microcontroller allowing in system debugging and programming. CAN interface controller is certified by С&S group.
